@OptimumHelp It asks for my login then takes me to the dashboard. The mail icon goes away once logged in on the internet tab

@OptimumHelp It ask for his password. I went through the link and tried optimum imap & pop settings. Also the suddenlink imap/pop settings. Still can't login as it fails the test

@optimum Don’t see what else you can do. Modem was replaced today, all connections/lines tested OK. I believe the problem is with command central, wherever that is. Maybe Optimum can’t handle volume—or you’re redoing the system & not being honest about the work going on.

My internet is down and @optimum has told me it could be up to 90 days until it’s resolved after lying to me and telling me that my modem was visible and connected to them

So @optimum internet sucks as much as Suddenlink did. Internet service been going out several times a day in our neighborhood and nothing being done about it. Hello Metronet.

@WrudimAron @optimum i heard SC got a service called securelink or securenet but its only south charleston. my buddy gets over 900mbps.. im bout to move to sc just to get it lmfao

@OptimumHelp I spoke to @optimumhelp Monday. They scheduled an appointment for Friday. @optimum has tried to cancel the appointment not stop since then. Ya'all make me wait 5 days for help and then call and tell me its solved when I am only getting less than 10 meg? What help?

Texans, are you having horrible accountability issues with @optimum? I drop 6-7 times a day and their CS is funny horrible. Call back to a number only to be told they cannot connect me. I think @optimum MO is move into noncompetitive area and drag out poor service

@OptimumHelp during a time of unprecedented inflation and rising prices, you raised my bill with out my consent or informing me prior. This is disgusting and I will be pursuing all avenue's as I signed a contract and you have now broken your side of this contract
